AUTUMN EQUINOX COMMUNITY GATHERING @ COWSLIPMEADOWS FRIDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER 6:30-9:30PM

£44.00

Autumn Equinox Community Gathering

As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and gather in community for an evening of connection, reflection and celebration @cowslipmeadows on Friday 25th September 6:30-9:30pm

The Equinox is a moment of perfect balance, where day and night are equal. It offers us an opportunity to pause, honour the season we’ve lived through, and gently look towards the season ahead. Together, we’ll gather around the fire, listen to stories, sing, create, rest and reconnect with ourselves, each other and the Earth.

Throughout the evening you’ll experience:

A heart-opening cup of HolyWowCacao, shared around the fire as we settle into the space together.

Seasonal reflection and storytelling with Claire from Soul & Story, alongside a beautiful seasonal craft to create and take home.

Soulful kirtan and mantra singing with Julia Madden, blending sacred vocal traditions with the magic of the changing season.

Access to the sauna throughout the evening (allocated time slots will be available for those who wish to enjoy it).

A deeply relaxing and sensual sound bath with Caroline from Spiritual Universe, allowing you to integrate the evening and leave feeling grounded, peaceful and restored.

This is a community celebration, so if you’d like to, please bring a dish to share for our communal table. There is something truly special about sharing food and laughter together as we celebrate the abundance of the harvest season.

Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a nurturing space where you can slow down, be present and simply belong.

What to bring

  • A journal and pen

  • Your favourite mug or cup for cacao

  • A bottle of water

  • Swimwear (if you’d like to use the sauna)

  • A towel

  • Warm, comfortable clothing and layers for being outdoors

  • A dish to share (optional)

We can’t wait to welcome you for an evening of warmth, connection and seasonal magic as we honour the balance of light and dark together.

Any questions please feel free to email ashley@adala.uk
