THE WINTER PAUSE
THE WINTER PAUSE at Cowslip Meadows Sunday 28th December 10-2:30pm
Between the soft stillness of Christmas and the turning of a new year, there is a sacred space. A moment to breathe, reflect, and return to yourself. Join us for a nourishing day at Cowslip Meadows in Laughton where we’ll gather in the gentle quiet of winter to honour what has been and open our hearts to what’s to come.
Our time together will flow through intention setting, reflection over the year past, and a deeply held shamanic cacao ceremony to bring warmth and clarity to the heart. A wholesome gluten free vegetarian (vegan optional) lunch will be shared before we walk out into nature, connecting with the land and the elements during this season of rest.
Winter Pause is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to find peace in the in-between. A beautiful way to close the year in ceremony and begin the next with purpose and grace.
Things to bring
Pillow, blanket, journal, your favourite mug, walking boots/shoes and outdoor wear and open mind.
Come as you are, there is no expecting, it’s simply a place to be.
Total price is £88
Look forward to welcoming you to this day of pause and recalibration.
