Join us at the serene Cowslip Meadows for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony. This intimate gathering invites participants to connect deeply with themselves through the sacred power of cacao, known for its heart-opening properties and gentle spirit.
In the tranquil surroundings of Cowslip Meadows, you will be guided through a ceremonial experience that encourages reflection, intention-setting, and to simply pause from the everyday goings of life. I will lead you on a journey of the senses, using pure, ceremonial grade cacao as a catalyst for exploration and creativity within. Nature will be accompanying us to support us rooting down during these turbulent times. Whether this be walking barefoot across the land, creating offerings to Mother Nature or simply rubbing stones. If there weather is particularly kind to us we will be sitting outside for ceremony.
Throughout the ceremony, participants will engage in meditative journey, 30g dose of GUATAMALAN ceremonial cacao, shamanic drumming and voicework. Each element of the experience is designed to nurture your emotional and spiritual wellbeing, allowing for personal insights and collective healing.
The experience culminates in a celebration of expression and gratitude, leaving participants with a renewed sense of clarity and connection to their inner selves.

Essential - An open mind, journal, pen and a bottle of water, something warm if we sit outside for ceremony
Optional - Blanket, pillow, your favourite mug, an intention to work with.
